A Somatic Healing Session is a gentle, guided process that helps you reconnect with your body’s natural wisdom. Each 60-minute session (virtual or in-person) invites you to slow down, notice what’s happening inside, and build the internal resources needed to meet life — and yourself — with more ease.
Together, we’ll explore the subtle language of your nervous system — sensations, breath, temperature shifts, tension, impulses, and emotion — all the quiet ways your body communicates. You won’t need to analyze or revisit painful memories. Instead, we stay in the present moment, following what your body shows us with curiosity and care.
Using Somatic Experiencing® principles, we’ll:

Notice where your body feels activation or tightness, and where it feels more settled or open.

Practice orienting and grounding tools to help you feel safe and steady in the here and now.

Build internal resources that support you when discomfort or emotion arises.

Gently allow incomplete stress responses (like fight, flight, or freeze) to find their way to completion — without overwhelm or force.

Integrate small releases or shifts, helping your system remember what safety and regulation feel like.
You might leave a session feeling calmer, more spacious, or simply more yourself. Other times, it may feel like subtle ripples of change that unfold over the next few days.
Each session is guided at your pace — slow enough for your nervous system to trust the process, playful enough to stay curious, and compassionate enough to remind you that nothing in you needs to be “fixed.”
