Meet Jennifer

Jennifer, MA brings over 15 years of experience walking alongside clients on their somatic healing journeys. With a Master’s degree in Counselling and Spirituality (2012) and a two-year training in Somatic Attachment Psychotherapy she supports individuals in reconnecting with their embodied wisdom, authentic intimacy, and full self-expression.

What is a Somatic Healing Session?

A Somatic Healing Session is a 60-minute guided experience that helps you reconnect with your body’s natural wisdom. No touch is involved — instead, we work with gentle awareness, curiosity, and the sensations that arise within you. This invites you to listen, not fix — to meet yourself with tenderness and curiosity, and to experience healing as something that happens through you, not to you.
